About the role:

We are looking for an IFS Assyst Solution Architect, or an experienced IFS Assyst Technical Consultant ready to take the next step into an architectural role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize the IFS assyst platform supporting ITSM, ITOM, and ESM processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
• Configure workflows, service catalogs, automations, and integrations.
• Support implementations, migrations, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
• Ensure stable operations through troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using PHP.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to improve service management processes.
• Maintain technical documentation and deliver user training.

General Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification.
• Proven experience with IFS assyst or comparable ITSM platforms.
• Experience with system configuration, integration, and application support.
• Knowledge of PHP, SQL, APIs, and enterprise application architectures.
• Fluent English

Solution Architect Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
• Experience in solution design, configuration, administration, and integrations.

Technical Consultant Requirements:

• Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management processes.
• Experience with system configuration, integration, and application support.

Soft skills:

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• FS assyst and/or ITIL certification.
• Experience in international environments.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations and cloud technologies.
• Fluent German.
