About the role:

We are looking for a 3-5 years of experience Process Manager specialized in supply chain processes who wants to join us and be part of a great team where "WE" come first :)


Responsabilities:

  • Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA migration project within central Customer Service by:
  • Mapping and documenting current spare parts supply chain processes
  • Supporting the respective departments in developing target processes
  • Conduct test scenarios with future system users and take care of troubleshooting
  • Execute system integration including user training
  • Actively manage user reports and feedback to initiate process improvements and system development
  • Independently implement ad hoc requirements to optimize operational spare parts processes with strong focus on automation
  • Create business performance reports and analyze data to further develop our reporting processes

Requisitos mínimos

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, computer science, engineering or a comparable course of study (Bachelor /Master).
  • 3-5 years of supply chain processes professional experience.
  • Experience creating data evaluations and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Support end-user independently.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Work in an interdisciplinary team and create your own areas of responsibility.
  • Very good written and spoken language skills (English).
  • Very good IT skills:
  • SAP (R3, S4, AfO)
  • MS PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate and PowerApps)
  • MS Office, Jira or similar
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn:
  • MS CoPilot Studio, Python, SQL, Databricks...

Nice to have:

  • Initial practical experience with (spare parts) supply chain management
  • Fluency in German
