About the role:
We need an Authorization and Role Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Merging of different role and authorization concepts for different systems (SAP ERP, S4 Hana, IFS, ADD*One, IAM, Azure AD)
- Contact person for roles designed centrally (OASM) and their transfer to technical system roles (What roles do we have?, Who supervises these roles?)
- Integration of authorization management into process governance and digital transformation
- Coordination of role ownership (role owner should remain in the product teams / processes (former authorization keyusers)
- Adaptation of role models (e.g. change from functional role to workplace role concept) to avoid over-authorizations and to optimize license costs
- Evaluation of role assignments and compliance with authorization and role concepts
Requisitos mínimos
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of role and authorization management across different systems (e.g. SAP ERP, S/4HANA, IFS, ADD*ONE, IAM, Azure AD)
- Professional experience in the conception and strategic alignment of role models and authorization concepts
- Advanced English
Nice to have:
- Technical understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Experience in working with international units (Country Units)
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Secure project management and release support in the context of rollouts and system implementations
- Experience in coordinating role responsibilities and stakeholders (e.g., role owners, product teams)
- Completed studies in the field of business informatics, business administration, computer science or comparable qualification
- Alternatively: completed commercial or IT-related vocational training with appropriate further training and professional experience
