About the role:
We need an Building Technology Expert with +5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal consulting and/or project management of building technology construction and maintenance measures and for the implementation of measures to reduce the corporate carbon footprint.
- Define, develop, and implement standards, guidelines, and best practices for technical building.
- The goal of shaping a sustainable and future-proof real estate portfolio motivates you, as does the opportunity to drive forward digitalization in technical building operations.
Requisitos mínimos
Requirements:
- Technical background (e.g. Engineering, Building technology...)
- At least 5 years of experience as a Building Technology Expert or similar role.
- Knowledge regarding technical and construction specific regulations.
- Traveling required
- English C1
Soft skills:
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills with different stakeholder
Nice to have:
- Affinity for digitalization topics
- Ideally experience with industrial assets and/or fire protection topics
- German
