About the role:

SAP BI Consultant and Developer - Datasphere/BW

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to our global digital transformation program by designing and implementing innovative reporting solutions, initially focused on production,purchasing and quality management related KPIs.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues, gathering requirements and turning them into transformative projects.
  • Participate in global project teams and take ownership of work packages within large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable BI and analytics solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of reporting, analytics, and data solutions with a strong focus on SAP Business Warehouse and SAPDatasphere
  • Support the creation of reusable data products, analytical datasets, and modelling standards.
  • Provide expert consulting on BI products, especially Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere and SAP BW, guiding departments through new technologies.
  • Deliver worldwide support to internal teams across the organization.
  • Support the definition and implementation of BI standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across the organization.

Requisitos mínimos

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Excellent English language skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
  • Professional experience in SAP Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Warehousing environments.
  • Profound hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere / SAP Business Data Cloud, including data modelling and data integration.
  • At least moderate hands-on experience with SAP Business Warehouse.
  • Understanding of SQL, data transformation concepts, and integration of SAP and non-SAP source systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation tasks.
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style and good communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Experience with Databricks.
  • Knowledge of data product concepts and analytical datasets.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA data structures and CDS Views.
  • German language skills (B2 or higher).
