About the role & responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Inhouse Consultant with expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS), Commercial Project Management (CPM), and Portfolioand Project Management (PPM) to support and further develop our global project management, portfolio management, and commercial project processes within SAP S/4HANA.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP PS, CPM, and PPM solutions. The role includes close collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers, finance teams, developers, and IT teams to deliver scalable and sustainable business solutions.

Requisitos mínimos

Requirements:

  • Leading and supporting SAP implementation and transformation projects, including migration from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions and system configurations.
  • Configuring and optimizing SAP PS, CPM, and PPM processes.
  • Supporting project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, portfolio management, and cost control activities.
  • Providing expert consulting and best practices for SAP PS, CPM, and PPM functionalities.
  • Performing root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd-level support activities.
  • Managing change requests and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Collaborating with business units, project managers, finance, and IT teams.
  • Participating in Scrum ceremonies and agile project execution.
  • Acting in roles such as Project Manager, Project Team Member, Service Manager, or SAP Consultant.
  • Driving continuous process improvements and SAP innovation adoption.


Technical skills required:

  • SAP Project Systems (PS).
  • SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM).
  • SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM).
  • SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration experience.
  • SAP configuration and customizing.
  • Project planning and execution.
  • Budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) management.
  • Business process analysis and requirements engineering.
  • Integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, SD, and MM.
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting.
  • 2nd Level Support experience.
  • Technical documentation and change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • High degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments.

Nice to have:

  • SAP Certification in PS, CPM, PPM or related areas.
  • Experience with SAP ERP to S/4HANA transition projects.
