About the role:
We are expanding our team with a passionate DevOps engineer, based in Spain, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, database administration, and infrastructure as code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS (Azure or GCP could work too), along with a deep understanding of DevOps practices and automation tools.
- Remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure for multiple web applications
- Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor and optimize application performance and reliability
- Implement and manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Use Splunk for log management and monitoring
- Use Tideways for performance monitoring and profiling
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
- Ensure security and compliance of applications and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
Requisitos mínimos
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and architecture (Azure Cloud valuable)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of web applications based on Java and PHP
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Experience with Postgress and ElasticSearch as a service.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
- English: Upper Intermediate (B2+)

- High level of methodological competence, analytical view, self-initiative and result-oriented way of working with the willingness for permanent further education.
- Strong communication skills, customer oriented and team player.
