About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Delivery Manager to join our Digital Products team.

Acting as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams, this role will focus on requirement prioritization, backlog management, Agile facilitation, and delivery coordination across multiple teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, manage competing priorities, and ensure the successful delivery of digital initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Ensure business requirements are properly captured, prioritized, and prepared for delivery, enabling development teams to focus on execution.
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, manage competing priorities, and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, proactively driving resolution.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within an international, cross-functional environment.

Requirements:

• Delivery & Project Management: strong experience in managing software development activities.
• Agile & Hybrid Methodologies: deep understanding of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and ability to operate in hybrid project environments
• Stakeholder Management: ability to align business, IT, and external partners, manage expectations, and drive decisions
• Collaboration Tools: proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro.

Nice to have:

• SAP Landscape Understanding: solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA environments, including extensibility concepts and integration scenarios

Education & Certificates:

• Completed studies in business or engineering related fields.
• Certifications (optional): Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, SAFe, PMI certification or comparable.
