About the role & responsibilities:

Join our SAP S/4HANA transformation program and become a key contributor in shaping the future Finance & Controlling landscape of an international organization.

You will:

  • Play a key role in our SAP S/4HANA transformation journey, supporting the migration and optimization of Finance & Controlling processes.
  • Act as a trusted SAP CO expert, partnering closely with business stakeholders and SAP teams to design and deliver effective solutions.
  • Configure and enhance core Controlling processes, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Margin Analysis, Result Analysis and Material Ledger.
  • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA functionalities, with a strong focus on Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
  • Support reporting and analytics capabilities through Embedded Reporting and CDS Views.
  • Collaborate with international teams across Spain and Germany in a highly dynamic and transformation-driven environment.
  • Work closely with Finance and Controlling stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes and system capabilities.
  • Take ownership of deliverables while demonstrating a hands-on, self-driven and solution-oriented mindset

Requisitos mínimos

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling
  • Strong knowledge of:

- Universal Journal (ACDOCA)

- Cost Center Accounting

- Profit Center Accounting

- Margin Analysis (SAP S/4HANA CO-PA)

- Event-Based Revenue Recognition

- Product Costing and Material Ledger

- Allocations and Universal Allocation

  • Strong understanding of integrated End-to-End processes across:

- Finance (FI)

- Controlling (CO)

- Procurement (MM)

- Sales (SD)

- Manufacturing (PP)

  • Experience with SAP Fiori applications and role-based user processes
  • Ability to design and optimize global business processes in a template-driven S/4HANA environment
  • Experience supporting international rollouts and transformation programs
  • Strong business process consulting capabilities
  • Experience conducting fit-gap workshops and solution design sessions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing incidents, problems and change requests in global support organizations
  • Ability to work independently in an international and distributed environment
